The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, fixing up in several places and new home furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no issues about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t count on a whole ton.
Excellent location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting down out to take in dinner at sunset. Noticed dolphins almost every working day! The place was the perfect getaway and we liked coming back to the clean and spacious place after days within the beach! Kasie Posted: three/29/2025
It wasn't dirty, it was well held, and again the location was good. It could really benefit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen area. The fridge was great, no troubles (I'd observed challenges claimed in other reviews). Matthew Posted: 5/10/2024

The home is as advertised - nothing fancy towards the house but amazing location within the beach. No, the house just isn't full on the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of home for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.

From the outside, the residence looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks of the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price array. The interior photos were being accurate and everything cannabis-brands worked fine.
